Typographical Errors
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price
due to typographical error or error in pricing information

from our suppliers, Imagination Edge Inc. shall have the right
to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service

to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order
has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit
card has already been charged for the purchase and your order

Payment Methods
Money Orders, Cashier’s Cheques, Company cheques, & Personal
Cheques— Imagination Edge Inc. accepts money orders, cashier’s
cheques, personal cheques, and company cheques in U.S. or Canadian
dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order
or cashier’s cheques. For personal and company cheques,
please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance
of funds
before the order is processed. Imagination Edge Inc. cannot guarantee
the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment
is received. We will charge a $25USD fee on all returned cheques.

Shipping Policy
You will be charged $25.00 for any shipment that is refused.
Imagination Edge Inc. does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
We are not responsible for orders sent to P.O. Boxes due to
inability to track the shipment. All Shipments are subject
to stock availability.
Sales Taxes
Imagination Edge Inc. shall withhold the applicable sales tax
for orders to be delivered to addresses within Ontario, Canada.
Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes,
or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other province or
in the United States.
Return Policy
If any products are purchased from inEDGE for whom they are acing
as a third party distributor, please refer to the Return and
Exchange Policy (RMA) for that particular organization.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought
against Imagination Edge Inc. shall be governed by the laws of
